Guiding question: What makes life worth living?

Philosophy: I believe that we should live our own lives, not governed by anyone else. I also believe that three things make life worth living; love, family and happiness. This is all summed up in one verse of the bible, John 3:16; for God so loved the world, that he sent his only son, and whoever shall believe in him shall not perish but will have eternal life. I believe that this great act of love is how all people should live, whether it be towards family or friends and if they do this, then happiness will come. Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice in his life and that was to be crucified and I believe that if everyone acts even a fraction of how he acted for us, then the world would be a better place.

Being happy is something you have to learn.
Then why aren't you happy?
The key to happiness is love,
love your neighbor as you love yourself
and happiness will come.

So ask yourself is the loving really gone
So I could ask myself really what is going wrong
In this world that we living in.
Treat others, as you want to be treated,
Even if we stand alone.
Be a man, a non-conformist!

It is a very different world now
It has become a materialistic
dull dark and soundless day.
We have had to adapt
And learn to love each other,
Even if we stand alone.

We stand among others
We just want what is best for our kids.
Might as well want best for ourselves
Not caring about others
it’s not fair.
We show no pity
Not loving or caring about anybody else.
We tend to blame others for our own problems
And yet we say we love each other?
Not each other
To arrive at moral perfection.

Is uniformity attainable?
If man is inherently evil?
Can we all come to love each other without discrimination?
But to discriminate only generates hate
So let our souls gravitate to the love y’all
And even if we walk through the valley of shadow and death
We stay together.

I have a dream
We will be all in one mighty sepulcher.
We will all be equals together
Then we will laugh some more going home.
